Wheat flour – 1 kilo
Water – 2 cup
Oil – 4 table spoon
Salt – as required
Oil – ½ tea spoon
Ayamodhakam – ½ tea spoon

Method or preparation

Take wheat flour, ayamodhakam, sesame seeds, salt in a vessel and mix. add one table spoon oil and water and knead it to make dough and keep it aside for ten minutes. Then make small balls out of the dough. Spread this balls round by using chappathi roller. Then cut this into long strips and fry it in oil. Serve hot.
