Ingredients:
Potato – 3
Salt – to taste
Oil – to fry

Procedure:
Peel the potato and cut to long pieces. Boil some water in a pan and add this potato slices nad salt to the pan and half boil the potatoes. Then take the potatotes off from the water and let it strain. When it cools off, fry in the oil until it turns golden brown in colour. Sprinkle salt on the fried potatoes and serve with tomato ketchup.
