Ingredients

Fish, fleshy – one Kg
Salt, Turmeric – as required
Coconut, grated – one and half cup
Chilly powder – 2 teaspoon
Tomato – four
Bread – as required
Onion, sliced – three
Ginger sliced – one piece
Green Chilly – seven
Garlic – five
Curry Leaves – enough

Method
Cook the fish with turmeric and salt. Fry onion, ginger, green chilly, garlic and curry leaves. Add coconut and fry till light brown. Add the cooked fish. Spread this between the bread slices and serve.
