Fish Roll
Fish (Boneless)-2
Pepper – as needed
Salt- as needed
Onion (Savala)- 3
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 3 to 4
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 spoon
Curry Leaves – As needed
Corriander leaves- a little
Potato – 4
Egg – 4
Vermicilli – 1/2 packet

Marinate the fish by adding salt and pepper. Take a pan, add some oil and cook onion, ginger and garlic paste, green chilly, turmeric powder, curry leaves and corriander leaves. Then add potato, salt and pepper to it. Cook for some time. Then mix this mixture with the minced fish and roll it. Dip in the egg, roll in the vermicilli and deep fry.
