Ingredients:

Fish (boneless) – 400gm
Ginger – garlic paste – 3 tbsp
Vinegar – 3 tbsp
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 3 cups
Egg – 2
Oil – as needed to fry
Salt – as needed
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Maida – 1 cup

Preparation:

Marinate the fish pieces with ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, lime juice, soya sauce and green chilly paste. Dip this in maida paste, egg, bread crumbs and then deep fry.
