
Ingredients
Fish – ¼ kilo
Onion – 2 nos
Green chillies – 4 nos
Ginger – 2 pcs
Bread – 2 pcs
Egg – 1
Bread grains – ¼ cup
Salt – to taste
Oil – required to fry
Coriander leaves – as required
Preparation:
Clean the fish and boil the same in water with sugar. Then remove the fish bone and skin and take only the flesh and keep it aside. Cut the ginger, onion, green chillies , coriander leaves into very small pieces. Take a kadai and boil the oil. Put the ginger, onion and green chillies into it and fry for some time. Add the fish into it and mix well. Then wet the bread pieces in water and remove the moisture from it by squeezing well and then mix it with fish. Now you can take the mix and make it small round in the shape of cutlet. Then dip the same in the egg and put in the oil to fry. Fry both sides till it get slight brown colour. Cutlet is ready.
