Ingredients

Aiykora fish – ½ kilo
Maida flour – 100 gram
Ginger – garlic paste – ½ table spoon
Chilly powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea soon
Garam masala powder – ½ tea spoon
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon
Tamarind – one lemon size
Fennel seeds – 1 tea spoon
Salt

Method of preparation

Clean the fish. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside for half an hour. Then add maida , tamarind juice and the remaining ingredients and make it a paste. Then dip the fish pieces into the paste and fry.
