Ingredients:
Potato – 1/2 kg
Canned Tuna – 500 gm
Celery – 2
Aneseed – 1 tbsp
Lemon skin (grated) – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 20 ml
Egg (Beated ) – 2
Milk – 40 ml
Atta – 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs – 2 cup
Oil – 1 ltr

Preparation:
Cook the potatoes and crush well. Add tuna, celery, savala, aneseed, lime juice and lemon skin. Then add salt and pepper and mix well. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes. Beat egg and milk well. Add atta to this and mix well. Take the prepared mixture out, make balls out of it, dip in the atta mix, then in the bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
