Ethapazham – 6 ( cut 3 long pieces)
Maida – ½ cup
Rice flour – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required
Turmeric powder – one pinch
Egg – 1
Cumin seed – 1 table spoon
Oil – as required

Method of Preparation
Take maida, Rice flour, sugar, salt, turmeric powder, egg, cumin seed. Mix it and make thick batter by adding water. Then dip the ethapazham in this batter and deep fry in oil.
