Plantain ( riped) Boiled and grinded – 2 cup
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Ghee – 1 table spoon
Sugar – ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
Rice Flour – ¼ cup
Fried cashew nut , kismis – 4 tea spoon
Bread crumbs – ¼ cup
Maida – 3 table spoon
Turmeric powder / Salt – one pinch each
Coconut oil – As required

Method of preparation

Mix the grated Coconut, ghee well with the rice flour without forming any lumps , then add the sugar and mix. Add Plantain , cashew nut, kismis , and cardamom powder and knead it to a dough. Make this dough into small rolls and spread it to become small round shape. Dip the same in the batter prepared with Maida, salt, turmeric powder and water and spread the bread crumbs above it and fry it till it becomes golden colour.
