Ingredients:

Vatteappam batter – 2 cup
Ethapazham – 1 small
Ghee – as required

Preparation:

Take a vessel suitable to make vattappam and spread some ghee on it and pour the batter on it. Above that put ethapazham cut in round. Allow it to get steamed. Once steamed you can cut and serve.
