Egg – 4
Savala – 1 cup
Green chilly – 6
Ginger grinded – 1 tbsp
Garlic grinded – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Basin powder – 100 gm
Salt – as needed
Oil – as needed

Cook the egg, remove the shell and cut it into 4 pieces. In a plate mix well green chilly, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, basin powder, savala and oil. Make small balls out of this. Cover each part of the egg in this dough. Fry well in hot oil.
