Egg – 4
Onion – 2
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Tomato – 1
Maida flour – 2 cup
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Green chillies – 3
Pepper – 6 nos
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon stick – one piece
Cardamom – 4
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Add little bit of water t0 the maida flour and knead it to a dough Then roll it and make chapathis . Cook this chappathi in a non stick pan by adding ghee or butter . cook both the sides. Then beat the egg and put it in a vessel. This should be beaten very well. Add pepper powder, salt, half potion of the chopped green chillies. Take little water in a pan add all the masalas , cumin powder, cardamom powder, pepper powder . Then add the chopped onions , ginger, garlic paste and saute by mixing well. After getting fried add the tomato. Fry the tomato till it get becomes paste like. Then add the remaining chopped pieces of green chillies . Add the egg mixture above the mix, allow it to cook for some . When it get cooked properly you can remove from the flame.
Take little bit of the mixture and and keep this in maida parata. You can roll it use.
