Boiled egg – 2 nos
Beaten egg – 1
Bread crumbs – 5 nos

Method of preparation
Make a fine paste of Grated coconut ½ cup, garlic, ginger, shallots, raw mango, and salt and keep it aside. Slice the boiled egg into two pieces. Marinate the egg with the fine paste and keep it aside for some time. Dip the marinated egg in the beaten egg and then roll in the bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs till it get golden colour.
