Ingredients:
Boiled egg -3
Potato – 2
Oil – 2 spoons
Savala – 1
Green chilly – 2
Ginger – 1/2
Corinaderr leaves – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves – little
Salt – as needed
Maida – 1/4 cup
Bread Crumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil – as needed

Preparation Method:
Cut the boiled into 4 pieces and keep. Crush the boiled potatoes. Sort the savala in oil for some time and when it turns light brown add salt, corriander leaves and crushed potatoes into it. Divide this mixture into 12 parts. Add some water to maida and make a thick dough. Wrap the eggs in the potato mixture and then dip in the maida dough. Then dip it in the bread crumbs and fry.
