1.Duck – ½ kilo
2.Bread – 10
3.Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
4.Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
5.Masala powder – ½ tea spoon
6.Ginger – 2 piece
7.Garlic – 2 cloves
8.Green chilly – ½ tea spoon
9.Maida – 50 gram
10.Butter – 50 gram
11.Oil – as required
12.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

1.Clean the duck and cook it. After cooking drain out the water and smash it
2.Cut the ginger, green chillies and garlic and fry it in oil
3.Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, masala powder into it
4.Marinate this prepared mixture into the cooked and smashed duck. Then add butter, salt, vinegar and mix
5.Dip the bread pieces in the water and remove the water completely by sqeezing it. Then place one table spoon of the prepared duck mixture into it and fix.
6.Fix the sides by using Maida paste and fry it in oil
