Maida – 1 glass
Sugar – ½ glass
Soda powder – one pinch
Baking powder – one pinch
Cardamom – 3 powdered
Egg – 1
Salad – 1 spoon
If required you can add salt

Method of preparation

Knead Maida by adding the beaten egg and all the other ingredients. Maida should be kneaded without adding water. Knead the dough till it becomes smooth and pliable like chappathi dough. Now make small balls out of the dough and roll it to become flat rounded circle like chappathi. Then cut the same into preferable shapes and can fry it in oil. Fry it till it becomes golden brown colour. Donax is ready
