Maida flour – ½ kilo
Beaten egg – 2
Salt , coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

Take the maida flour add the beaten egg and salt and mix. Add water little by little into it and knead it to make dough like you do for chappathi. Then make small balls out of the dough and spread it round . then cut it in the shape of diamond and fry it in boiled coconut oil. If you required more sweet then pour the sugar syrup into it .
