Bread Slices – As required
Dates ( cut into pieces) – 1 cup
Coconut Grated – ½ Cup
Sugar – 1 table spoon
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tea spoon
Ghee – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Heat ghee in a pan . Add grated coconut, sugar and fry for 5 minutes. Add dates pieces and Cardamom powder and fry . Keep the fried dates mix aside to get cool.
Dip the bread slices on water and squeeze out the water by pressing by hand. Keep the dates mix it the middle of the bread and make it balls. Follow this process for remaining slices of bread also. Put the balls in hot oil and fry it till it get golden brown colour. Dates – Bread balls are ready.
