Ingredients

Nuts(walnut,cashew nut,almond,pista-chopped into very small pieces)½ cup
Linseed – ½ cup
Pumpkin seed ( mathanga) – ¼ cup
Walnut oil , maple syrup, – 2 spoon each
Sun flower seeds – ¼ cup
Rolled jumbo Oats – one cup

Method of preparation

Pre-heat the oven in 180 degree Celsius. Put all the ingredients on a
vessel and bake it for 20 minutes. When you take it from the oven it should be golden colour. While cooking you should stir the mix for one or two times. When it get cooled transfer it into the air tight container. You can also add the cut plantain above it. Can serve with milk, curd or fruit juice .
