Chicken legs – 1 kilo
Garlic – 10 gloves
Ginger – 1 pieces
Green chilly – 4
Egg – 2
Vinegar – 1 table spoon
Bread crumbs

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken thoroughly and make cut marks on it. Later take a pressure cooker and cook it for ten minutes. Grind Ginger, garlic, green chilly, salt, and vinegar together. Marinate this paste in the cooked chicken and keep it for two hours. Beat the egg and beat it in a beater to make foam. Then dip the marinated chicken into it. Then dip the chicken pieces in the bread crumbs and deep fry it in oil.
