Ingredients

Corn boiled – 50 gram
Potato boiled – 100 gram
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Cumin powder – ½ table spoon
Chat masala – ½ table spoon
Chilly powder – ½ table spoon
Oil – to fry
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take all the ingredients except oil in a vessel and mix thoroughly and make it to equal parts. Take out the single part and press slightly and make flat kababs. Fry this kabab In oil . this should be fried till it becomes brown colour. then spread it in the papers and remove the excess oil. Can serve it with green chutney.
