Beetroot – 3 nos
Carrot – 4 nos
Grated coconut – 1
Roasted rice flour – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 spoon
Oil – As required
Sugar – 4 spoon

Method of preparation

Clean the carrot and Beet root thoroughly. Cut the vegetables separately into pieces. Add the half portion of the grated coconut into the chopped carrot and the other half into the chopped beetroot. Grind both carrot mix and beetroot mix separately in a mixer. Transfer the content into two separate bowls. Add half portion of cardamom, sugar and roasted rice powder into each bowl. Make this batter thicker ( thicker than the dosa batter) . heat oil in pan and while boiling pour spoon full of batter into the oil and fry it.
