Maida – ½ Kilo
Ghee – 1 cup
Egg – 1
Grated coconut – ½
Salt – as required
Coconut milk of 1 no

Method of preparation

Blend the Maida, salt, coconut milk in a blender to make a batter. Heat the ghee in a Kadai and add the grated coconut, jaggery , cardamom powder, cumin powder and sauté well and keep it aside. Heat the pan and Crease it with ghee and pour the batter on the pan and spread in a circular motion and cook. Crease some more ghee in the center part and add the grated coconut mix in the center portion and fold it into four and fry till it get cooked.
