Maida – 250gm
Coconut – 1
Vanaspathi – 100gm
Sugar – 100gm
Egg – 1
Cardamom powder – 1 tbs
Lemon skin – of 1 lemon
Cashewnut – 1/2 cup
Cornflakes – 1 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tbsp

Grate the coconut. Take the skin of the lemon, Make a dough of maida, cocnut and soda powder. Add powdered sugar, vanaspathi, vanilla essence, cardamom powder and lemon skin. Mix well. Make balls out of this dough. Make biscuits out of these balls and bake well.
