1. Wheat Bread:10 loaves
2. Coconut-1 cup
3. Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
4. Mint leaves-1 cup
5.Ginger- 1 piece
6. Green Chilly-1
7. Lemon-1/2
8.salt to taste
9.Mayonnaise – as required
10.Salad Cucumber-thinly sliced in round

Method: Coconut, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chilly ,lemon juice and salt are added and grind well in a mixer. Take one loaf of bread and spread the chutney . Place slice of cucumber over this , almost three slice required. Spread Mayonnaise over this and cover it with another loaf of bread. Press together and cut corner to corner.
