Samosa is prepared in two steps, first is the preparing of the filling and secondly the samosa base is prepared.

Melted Chocolate
Orange syrup
Fresh Cream

Preparation of filling:
Mix well the cashewnut and fresh cream thoroughly. Add crushed cashewnuts to this and mix well. Refrigerate this mix for 20 minutes.

Ingredients for base:

Mix all the ingredients together and make a not so hard dough. Make an oval sheet from the dough and cut into equal halves. Make it into a cone. Fill the chocolate filling into this cone. Stick the sides well and deep fry in oil.

To prepare the sauce to serve with the samosa, add some sugar to the orange juice and heat well. Add mint to this and mix well. Sauce ready.
