Maida – 1 cup
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Dalda – ½ cup
Cheese – 2 table spoon

For Filling

Cooked chiken cut into tiny pieces – 1 ½ cup
Mashroom chopped lengthwise – ¼ cup
Crème – 2 table spoon
Big onion, cut into tiny pieces – 2 table spoon
Capsicum or celery cut into tiny pieces – 2 table spoon
Lime juice – 2 table spoon
Salt and pepper powder – as required

Ingredients to brush

Yellow of egg – one
Milk – 1 table spoon

Mix the above two


Sieve maida and salt together. Mix dalda and cheese with this and kneed well by adding two or three spoon water and keep it to cool. Keep this in a plastic sheet and spread in a square shape. Put the filling ingredients over this. With the plastic sheet roll the whole thing and keep in a tray painted with ghee.Brush the brush mix. Bake for 25 minutes in 150 degrees till brown.
