
Ingredients:
Chicken-: 1/2 kg
Savala – 2
Tomato – 2
Milk – 2 1/2 glass
Lemon juice – 2 drops
Flour (maida) – 4 cups
Water – 2 cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Egg – 15
Bread Crumbs – as needed
Procedure:
Cut the chicken into small pieces and cook it. Sort the savala and tomato in a pan with some oil until it becomes light brown colour. Add chicken to this and cook for some time. Add lemon juice and milk to it. sort until it becomes a thick mixture. Boil salt, water and ghee to it. Add flour slowly and mix well. Mix the four and water, salt and ghee together and let it cool off. Make the dough well and cut it into round pieces, first make it as preparing for chappathi. Add the chicken masala prepared to this roundly cut dough. Close the edges, dip in egg and bread crumbs and fry until it attains brown colour.
