
Ingredients
Boneless chicken – 30 gram
Bengal gram (kadala Parippu) – 175 gram
Chicken masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – cut round – 6
Ginger chopped – one big piece
Onion chopped small – 2
Curry leaves – 2 strand
Fennel seed powder – ½ tea spoon
Salt ,coconut oil – as required
Method of preparation
Boil the chicken pieces by adding salt and masala powder. On getting cooled grind it and make a paste. Soak the Bengal gram in water and also grind it and make paste. Then take the ingredients from four to nine and add it in the prepared chicken paste. Then also add the Bengal gram paste and knead it to make a dough. Then make this dough into small balls and keep it in the palm and press it. then fry it in oil till it becomes light brown colour.
