Chicken without Bone – 300 Gram
Bengal Gram (kadalaparippu) – 175 Gram
Chicken Masala – 1 tsp
Green Chilly – Cut in round shape – 6 nos
Ginger – Big piece –
Onion chopped finely – 2 nos
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Aniseed powder – ½ Spoon
Salt – To taste
Water – As required
Oil – As required

Method of Cooking

Cook the Chicken pieces along with salt and masala powder. After it is cooled mince it. Grind the soaked Bengal Gram. to make a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients Green chilly , ginger, Onion , Aniseed powder, and salt into the minced chicken and then the grinded Bengal gram paste . Mix it well and make smooth dough. Take a small portion and roll it on the palms to make flat. Fry in heated oil till it becomes light brown in colour. Chicken Parippu Vada is ready.
