Ingredients

Chicken ( small pieces) – 250 gram
Onion – cut long – 2 nos
Green chilly ( cut into small) – 5
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Sauf ( fennel seeds) crushed – 1 tea spoon
Besan (kadalamavu) – 100 gram
Rice Flour – 50 gram
Vanaspathi melted – 2 table spoon
Curry leaves – little
Oil, salt as required

Method of preparation

Cook the chicken by adding chilly powder and salt. Take all the other ingredients except oil and make thick batter. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and deep fry it in oil.
