Chicken – 12 piece
Onion paste – 4 tea spoon
Garlic – 1 tea spoon
Ginger – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon

To make Paste

Corn flour – 3 table spoon
Maida ( all purpose flour) – one pinch
Baking soda – one pinch

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken and add salt, chilly powder . Take a separate vessel and add onion ginger and garlic paste and mix well and also add the pepper powder into it and make paste. Marinate the prepared paste into the chicken pieces and keep it for 15 minutes. Take Maida , corn flour , baking soda and salt in another vessel and mix well. add little water into it and make paste. Dip the chicken pieces into it and keep it aside. Boil required Oil in a pan and deep fry both the sides of the chicken leg pieces till it become light brown colour. Chicken Lollipop is ready.
