1.Chicken – ¼ kilo
2.Onion – 100 gram
3.Ginger – 1 pice
4.Garlic – 6 no
5.Green chilly – 3
6.Turmeric powder – 2 pinch
7.Masala powder – ½ spoon
8.Coriander leaves – little
9.Milk – ¼ cup
10.Egg – 2 nos
11.Bread – 10 piece
12.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

1.Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, green chillies, garlic and saute.

2.Add the cooked chicken which is grated , masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and then mix properly
3.Remove the thick edge of the bread and grease it with butter and spread it in baking tray. Then top of it spread the prepared chicken mix . then again keep the bread on the top of it .
4.Mix the egg and milk and pour it on the top of it, Then sprinkle the pepper powder and bake it
