
Ingredients:
Chicken – 500gm
Mushroom – 100gm
Onion – 80gm
Sarvasugandhi – 80gm
Salt – as needed
Pepper – as needed
Ghee – 50gm
Maida – 30gm
Milk – 150ml
Preparation:
Cut the chicken pieces and cook by adding ghee to it. Add onion, sarvasughandhi, mushroom and saute well. Make a sauce out of maida, milk, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Add pepper, salt and white sauce to the chicken mixture. Mix well.
