Chicken – 1 Kilo
Onion – 2 kilo
Tomoto – ½ Kilo
Green chilly – 50 gram
Garlic – 50 gram
Ginger – 50 gram
Pepper – 50 gram
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Chicken masala – 50 gram
Curry leaves – as required

Required for frying

Rice flour – 150 gram
Red chilly powder – 75 gram
Egg – 1
Corn flour – 25 gram
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Chat Masala – 50 gram
Ginger , green chillies, garlic – crushed
Salt – as required
Biriyani Masala – 50 gram
Coconut oil – 1 litre

Method of preparation

Chop the onions. Take a pan and heat oil. Add the onions into it and saute. After that add the chopped tomato , green chillies, garlic, ginger and curry leaves into it and saute for some time. Then add pepper powder, turmeric powder and chicken masala into it amd mix. After that remove it from the stove.

Take all the ingredients required for frying the chicken and mix. Then marinate this mixture into the cleaned and chopped chicken for one hour. After that fry it and put it in the earlier prepared masala gravy . Chicken chukka is ready.
