Broiler chicken (boneless) – 1/2 kg
Savala – 2
Tomato – 2
Ginger – 1
Garlic – 10
Chilly powder, pepper powder – 1 tbsp each
Cashewnut – 10 gm
Potato – 1/4 kg
Maida – 200 gm
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Salt, Corriander leaves, Oil – as needed

Cook the chicken. Fry the cashewnuts. Grind well the ginger and garlic. Boil the potato and crush it well. In a pan sort savala, jeera, garlic, ginger and tomato. Add the masala powders. Mix chicken, potatoes and savala mix. Add cashewnuts, corriander leaves, salt to this mixture. Roll into balls. Mix maida, salt and water. Dip the balls into this maida mixture and deep fry in oil.
