1.cleaned prawns (chemmeen) – 500 gram
2.onion – chopped into small pieces – 2
3.garam masala – 1 tea spoon
4.chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
5.turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
6.salt – as required
7.coconut oil – 3 table spoon
8.rice flour – 1 cup
9.hot water – as required
10.banana leaves – cut into small – 8

Method of preparation

Take a tawa and heat oil. When the oil gets heated add prawns ( chemmeen) onion, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and fry. When this get fried well remove it from the stove.
Take the rice flour and knead it to a thick dough. Make this dough into small balls . keep this balls in the banana leaf and spread it thin. Place the prepared chemmeen mix into the middle of it . Later
Fold it and steam it and can serve
