Spinach – ½ bunch
Green peas – one cup ( cooked)
Potato – 2 ( boiled)
Green chilly – 2
Ginger – small piece
Corn flour – ½ cup
Chat masala – 1 tea spoon
Cumin seed roasted and powdered – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Clean the spinach and cook the same by adding half cup of water. Need to cook only for 7 – 8 minutes. Take the cooked spinach, cooked green peas and smashed boiled potato and all the ingredients except oil and knead it to become a soft dough. Make the dough into very small balls . heat oil in a pan . take the balls and flatten it little by using hand and put it in the oil and fry. Should fry till it becomes light brown colour. Chatpat hariyali tikki is ready . serve hot with pudina chutney or sauce.
