Chakapazham cut round – 4 cup
Jaggery – 2 full round
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon
Maida – 1 cup
Salt – as required
Water – as required
Coconut oil – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Cook the chakkapazham by adding water. Make jaggery into syrup. then Add the filtered jaggery syrup into it and mix well. then boil it till the water get drained. Add the grated coconut and ghee and fry it for some time. Then spread cardamom powder above it and keep it for cooling. Then make it small balls. Take maida and required salt. Then add little water and make a batter with out lumps. Then dip the chakka balls into it and fry it in oil.
