Ingredients

1.Cooked jack fruit seeds powdered in a mixer – 500 gram
2.Kadalamavu ( Bengal gram powder) – 250 gram
3.Coconut oil – 150 milli
4.Chilly powder – 10 gram
5.Hing – 4 gram
6.Onion chopped – 2
7.Garlic – 25 gram
8.Curry leaves – as required
9.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat two cup of boiled water and add the ingredients from 1 to 9 and mix well. when it becomes a thick paste. Take little portion of the dough and spread it by keeping on the palm. Then fry it in oil
