Raw Chakka Chula – 10
Grated coconut – one half
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 big piece
Dried chilly – 4
Curry leaves and salt – as required

Method of preparation

Slit the chakka Chula into two and steam and then smash it. add chopped onion and ginger into it. then add the cut dried chillies. Now you can add required salt and curry leaves and knead it and make dough. Then add the grated coconut and make small balls out of the dough and spread it like you do for making vada. Then deep fry it in coconut oil.
