Chakka (jack fruit) – ½ Kilo
Fish – 250 gram
Coconut – 3 spoon
Onion – 2 (small)
Green chilly – 4
Ginger – small piece
Garlic – 6 cloves
Pepper powder – 2 pinch
Salt – as required
Bread crumbs – as required
Egg white – 2

Method of preparation

Chop the chakka (jack fruit) and cook it by adding turmeric powder and water. Then knead it
Heat coconut oil, add green chilly, ginger, garlic and onion and saute. Add pepper powder and salt and then fish pieces into it and saute once again. Then add required water and cook

Make the chakka dough into small balls and keep it on the palm and pat it round Keep the fish mix on the middle of it make it into balls. Then dip it in egg white and then spread the bread crumbs on top of it and deep fry.
