Capsicum – 2
Onion – 1
Cumin Seed – ½ tsp
Corriander powder – ½ tsp
Basen – 1 table spoon
Salt / oil – As required

Method of preparation

Cut the Capsicum and Onion into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seed, chopped onions and sauté well. Then add Capsicum and mix well and roast for some time. Also add masala powder and Salt and mix it very well. Make the Basen into medium thick batter by adding water and Pour it into the capsicum masala and mix thoroughly. On getting this mixed well with the capsicum can remove from the stove and can serve.
