1. Cabbage leaf – 5
2. Onion finely sliced – 1
3. Hot spice – 1/4 teaspoon
4. Coconut oil and bread crump – as required.
5. Potato – 2
6. Egg – 1
7. Pepper powder – as required.


Boil the potato and peel it and smash. Cook the cut cabbage leaves and
onion in a pan on slow flame. Add salt, hot spice and pepper powder.
After all these are cooked well put the flame out. After it is cooled,
mix with the smashed potato. Make small balls of this and flatten to
the shape of cutlets, dip in egg and bread powder and deep fry.
