1.Cabbage leaves – 5
2.Onion (chopped small) 1
3.Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
4.Coconut oil , rusk powdered – as required
5.Potato – 2
6.Pepper powder – as required
7.Egg – 1

Method of preparation

Boil the potato and peel of the outer skin. Smash it and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped cabbage leaf and onions and cook in low flames. After that add required salt, pepper powder and garam masala. On getting fried well remove it from the stove. On getting cooled mix it with add smashed potato and chopped cabbage leaves. Now divide the mixture equally, make balls and then flatten it. Dip it in the beaten egg. Now drop it gently into rusk crumbs and see to it that it is well coated on both sides. Heat coconut oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.You can even deep fry if you want.
