Ingredients:
Buttter : 200 gm
Sugar : 1 1/4 cup
Flour (maida) : 2 cups
Baking Powder : 1 1/2 tea spoon
Groundnut crushed : 2 teaspoon
Egg : 1

Procedure
Pre heat the oven. Mix butter and sugar. Mix flour and baking powder, sort and keep.Beat the egg thoroughly and add to the butter mixture. Add the flour to this slowly. Mix everything well. Add groundnuts to this batter. Add ghee to the baking tray and sprinkle some flour on it. Grease the tray. Pour the batter into the tray with a spoon as drops. These drops when baked will attain round shape. Bake the biscuits for 10 minutes in 170 degree. Allow to cool for half an hour.
