1.Bread Slice – 10 nos
2.Milk – 1 glass
3.Cashew nut – 100 gram
4.Ksmis – 100 gram
5.Green chilly – 5
6.Ginger – 1 piece
7.Chopped coriander leaves – 4 table spoon
8. Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
9.Salt , oil as required

Method of preparation

Mix the ingredients from 4 to 10. Cut the brown colour portion of the bread slices. Dip it in the milk – salt mixture and then squeeze well to remove the milk. Then add the above mentioned mixture and make it small balls and fry it. Later when it gets cooled pour the curd above it.
