Ingredients:
Bread slice – 10
Milk – 1 glass
Curd – 1 cup
Cashewnut – 100gm
Kismis – 100 gm
Green chilly – 5
Ginger – 1 piece
Corriander leaves – 4 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
Salt, Oil – as needed

Preparation method:
Mix ingredients from 4 to 10 well. Cut off the brown part of the bread and dip in the milk- salt mixture. Strain the milk well from the bread and the fill it with the made mixture. Fry this well. When it cools off, pour curd on top of the fried vadas.
