1. Maida – 325 gram
2. Sugar – 225 gram
3. Egg – 3
4. Oil – 200 ml ( sunflower oil)
5. Baking powder – 1 ¼ tea spoon
6. Beet root juice – 1 cup
7. Beetroot paste ( cooked and peel off the skin) – 1 cup
8. Almonds – 1 cup

Method of preparation

Take a loaf tin and grease it with butter. Mix the maida and baking powder and keep it in a vessel. Powder the sugar in a mixer . beat the egg and mix it with the powdered sugar. Then add oil little by little.
Then add the beet root juice. Take a bowl add maida, chopped almonds ( badam) egg sugar mix, beetroot Juice and mix. It should be mixed so well without forming the lumps. Pour the prepared batter to the loaf tin, preheat the oven in 180 degree Celsius the keep the loaf tin into the pre heated oven. Bake it for 3540 minutes and take out from the oven. While checking if you found the loaf not cooked properly then again bake it for five more minutes in 140 degree Celsius. After 1012 minutes, cut it into pieces and serve.
